  在沼氣處理過程中,脫硫是保障沼氣品質(zhì)與后續(xù)利用的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),而生物脫硫憑借高效、環(huán)保的特點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用。這一技術(shù)的核心在于利用特定微生物將沼氣中的硫化物轉(zhuǎn)化為無害物質(zhì),因此,培養(yǎng)這些功能微生物就成為生物脫硫系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ)。

  馴化階段是培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵,需逐步提高體系中硫化氫的濃度,讓微生物逐漸適應(yīng)高硫化物環(huán)境。初始階段可將硫化氫濃度控制在較低水平(如 50-100ppm),待微生物活性穩(wěn)定、脫硫效率達(dá)到 80% 以上后,再緩慢提升濃度,每次增幅不超過 50ppm,間隔時(shí)間不少于 3 天。在此過程中,需持續(xù)監(jiān)測體系的 pH 值、溫度和硫化物濃度變化,及時(shí)調(diào)整運(yùn)行參數(shù),避免環(huán)境劇烈波動(dòng)影響微生物生長。

  The domestication stage is the key to cultivation, which requires gradually increasing the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the system to allow microorganisms to adapt to high sulfide environments. In the initial stage, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide can be controlled at a lower level (such as 50-100ppm).
