沼氣脫硫工程施工離不開管道的安裝！主要有以下幾個(gè)方面:
The installation of pipeline is indispensable to the construction of biogas desulfurization project. There are mainly the following aspects:
1、沼氣站外供氣管道，須由有燃?xì)庠O(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)的單位提供施工圖和設(shè)計(jì)文件，并經(jīng)過(guò)技術(shù)交底和會(huì)審批準(zhǔn)后，方可由有燃?xì)夤艿朗┕べY質(zhì)單位安裝施工。
1. Gas supply pipelines outside biogas stations shall be provided with construction drawings and design documents by units with gas design qualifications, and shall be installed and constructed by units with gas pipeline construction qualifications only after technical submission and approval by the conference.
2、管道組成件及閥門等必須有制造廠家的質(zhì)量合格證明書。其材質(zhì)規(guī)格和型號(hào)須符合設(shè)計(jì)文件規(guī)定；施工單位要按設(shè)計(jì)文件核對(duì)閥門型號(hào)。并按介質(zhì)流向確定閥門的安裝方向；安全閥應(yīng)垂直安裝，安裝前必須由安檢部門對(duì)其安全限壓進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)。使閥門開啟和回座壓力符合設(shè)計(jì)文件要求，并出具校驗(yàn)合格的報(bào)告證書。
2. Pipeline components and valves must have the quality certificate of the manufacturer. The material specifications and models shall conform to the design documents; the construction units shall check the valve models according to the design documents. The installation direction of the valve should be determined according to the flow direction of the medium; the safety valve should be installed vertically, and its safety pressure limit must be checked by the safety inspection department before installation. Make the valve open and return pressure meet the requirements of design documents, and issue a certificate of qualified verification report.
3、管道安裝應(yīng)該做到橫平豎直，室內(nèi)管道沿墻(粱)安裝支固，室內(nèi)橫管道應(yīng)以3%的坡度坡向立管方向；室外管道多采用埋地方式，埋深在凍層以下，同時(shí)管頂?shù)母餐梁穸冗€應(yīng)符合下列要求：行車道下的覆土厚度不小于0.9m，非行車道下的覆土厚度不小于0.6m；庭院內(nèi)的覆土厚度不小于0.3m；水田地下的覆土厚度不小于0.8m；在管道低點(diǎn)或相隔一定距離要設(shè)凝水器，管道要以1‰的坡度坡向凝水器，埋地管道在試壓合格并采取防腐處理后，應(yīng)及時(shí)回填土；燃?xì)夤苈凡豢膳c其它管線埋在同一地溝內(nèi)。
3. Pipeline installation should be horizontal and vertical. Indoor pipes should be installed and supported along the wall (sorghum). Indoor pipes should be in the direction of vertical pipes with a slope of 3%. Outdoor pipes are mostly buried under the frozen layer. At the same time, the thickness of soil cover on the top of pipes should meet the following requirements: the thickness of soil cover under the lane is not less than 0.9m, but not feasible. The thickness of the overlying soil under the lane is not less than 0.6m; the thickness of the overlying soil in the courtyard is not less than 0.3m; the thickness of the overlying soil under the paddy field is not less than 0.8m; the condensator should be installed at the low point of the pipeline or at a certain distance between the pipelines, the pipeline should be gradient to the condensator with a gradient of 1, and the buried pipeline should be back-filled in time after qualified pressure test and anti-corrosion treatment; Gas pipelines should not be buried in the same ditch as other pipelines.
4、、鋼制管道，特別是埋地的鋼制管道，須做好防腐處理，鋼制管道焊接部件應(yīng)在試壓合格后進(jìn)行防腐處理；鋼制管道在穿墻或穿過(guò)樓板時(shí)，應(yīng)加裝套管，穿墻套管長(zhǎng)度不小于墻的厚度；穿樓板套管的上端應(yīng)高出樓板地面50mm；套管內(nèi)不宜有焊縫，有縫管的縱向焊縫應(yīng)置于易檢修的方位。
4. Steel pipelines, especially buried steel pipelines, should be well anticorrosive treatment, steel pipeline welding parts should be anticorrosive treatment after qualified pressure test; steel pipelines should be installed casing when passing through walls or floor slabs, the length of casing through walls should not be less than the thickness of the wall; the upper end of casing through floor slabs should be 50 mm higher than the floor floor floor floor; There should be no weld in the casing, and the longitudinal weld of the welded pipe should be placed in the position of easy maintenance.
5、PE管道熱彎時(shí)，加熱溫度應(yīng)控制在130～150℃，加熱長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)大于彎管弧長(zhǎng)；PE管材進(jìn)行熱加工時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)一次成型，不宜再次加熱；PE管道安裝后應(yīng)進(jìn)行水壓或氣壓試驗(yàn)。試壓過(guò)程中不能敲擊管子，要輕緩開啟和關(guān)閉閥門。
5. When PE pipes are hot-bended, the heating temperature should be controlled at 130-150 C, and the heating length should be longer than the arc length of the elbow. When PE pipes are hot-worked, they should be formed once and not reheated again. After installation of PE pipes, water pressure or air pressure tests should be carried out. In the process of pressure test, the pipe should not be tapped, and the valve should be opened and closed slowly.
