微量氧分析儀在使用過(guò)程中難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種情況下的故障，下面就來(lái)介紹一下:
It is inevitable that the micro oxygen analyzer will fail in various situations during use. Here is an introduction:
(1)儀器故障表明計(jì)量槽溫度偏低。檢查量筒熱電偶的連接，檢查多通道轉(zhuǎn)接板的安全，檢查線(xiàn)路板的連接。
(1) The failure of the instrument indicates that the temperature of the metering tank is low. Check the connection of the measuring cylinder thermocouple, the safety of the multi-channel adapter plate, and the connection of the circuit board.
(2)儀器故障表示測(cè)量槽的高電位或低電位。檢查測(cè)量槽的電路連接，檢查電路板之間的連接，檢查氧化鋯傳感器。
(2) Instrument fault indicates high or low potential of measuring tank. Check the circuit connection of the measuring slot, check the connection between the circuit boards, and check the zirconia sensor.
(3)傳感器對(duì)樣品氣體含氧量變化響應(yīng)緩慢，測(cè)量值較低。在2005年1月，一個(gè)氧化鋯微量氧分析儀被發(fā)現(xiàn)有一個(gè)非常低的測(cè)量和緩慢的傳感器響應(yīng)。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)儀器采樣系統(tǒng)的檢查、零點(diǎn)范圍的校準(zhǔn)和傳感器的檢查，zui終確認(rèn)傳感器存在故障。更換傳感器后，儀器恢復(fù)正常測(cè)量。
(3) The sensor responds slowly to the change of oxygen content of sample gas, and the measured value is low. In January 2005, a zirconia micro oxygen analyzer was found to have a very low measurement and slow sensor response. After the inspection of the instrument sampling system, the calibration of the zero range and the inspection of the sensor, Zui finally confirmed that the sensor was faulty. After replacing the sensor, the instrument returns to normal measurement.
(4)儀器工作環(huán)境中的氧含量應(yīng)為空氣中的氧含量，以避免其他因素對(duì)工作環(huán)境氧含量的影響。
(4) The oxygen content in the working environment of the instrument shall be the oxygen content in the air to avoid the influence of other factors on the oxygen content in the working environment.
(5)儀器投入使用時(shí)，所有采樣管均應(yīng)充入潔凈空氣或氮?dú)膺M(jìn)行清洗;在儀器的進(jìn)口處應(yīng)安裝過(guò)濾器，以防止在空分裝置啟動(dòng)時(shí)，采樣線(xiàn)上的雜質(zhì)損壞傳感器。
(5) When the instrument is put into use, all sampling pipes shall be filled with clean air or nitrogen for cleaning; a filter shall be installed at the inlet of the instrument to prevent impurities on the sampling line from damaging the sensor when the air separation unit is started.
(6)保證儀表的排放管路有平滑的大氣壓，以避免壓力過(guò)大和排氣管堵塞，影響儀表的測(cè)量精度。
(6) Ensure that the discharge pipe of the instrument has smooth atmospheric pressure, so as to avoid excessive pressure and exhaust pipe blockage, which will affect the measurement accuracy of the instrument.
(7)被測(cè)樣品氣體中的可燃?xì)怏w對(duì)氧化鋯氧分析儀的測(cè)量結(jié)果有一定的影響，但可燃?xì)怏w含量(如甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳等)非常低，對(duì)微量氧測(cè)量的干擾很小。
(7) The combustible gas in the sample gas has a certain influence on the measurement results of zirconia oxygen analyzer, but the combustible gas content (such as methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc.) is very low, which has little interference on the measurement of micro oxygen.
