自前工段來的煤氣進(jìn)入濕法脫硫塔底部，自下而動(dòng)，與上部噴淋下的脫硫液逆流接觸，煤氣中的H2S被吸收，塔頂出來的煤氣進(jìn)入捕液裝置，捕除煤氣中的部分水份后凈化氣(H2S≤20mg)后去下工段。

硫泡沫經(jīng)泡沫泵加壓后去熔硫系統(tǒng)，經(jīng)蒸汽（蒸汽壓力0.4-0.6MPa）加熱，被加工成硫磺付產(chǎn)物出售，其中產(chǎn)生的清液經(jīng)降溫、活化、沉淀后返回溶液系統(tǒng)。
